Start with the information we actually need

The purpose of an initial enquiry is to identify who is contacting Praxis, the reason for the enquiry and the most appropriate next conversation. You do not need to provide a pupil's full history or sensitive records through the general website form.

For safeguarding and data-protection reasons, please do not include a pupil's full name, address, detailed medical information, safeguarding history or confidential documents in your first message. Praxis will explain how further information should be shared if it becomes necessary.

Parents and carers may ask questions about the developing provision. Schools, local authorities and authorised professionals may request a preliminary referral or commissioning discussion.

Praxis is opening soon. Current enquiries support planning and preliminary discussions but do not guarantee a placement, start date or funding agreement.
